Bill Verdier performs the traditional music of Ireland, mixed with a bit of French Canadian, Scottish and American. He most often plays here in a duo with Belfast uillean piper Eamonn Dillon. Bill has performed and/or recorded with such diverse artists as Tim O’Brien, Maura O’Connell, Russ Barenberg, Phil Keaggy, Buddy Greene, Bryan Sutton, Michael W. Smith, Michael Card, John Mock and the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. Eamonn has partnered with many of the top players from Ireland and the US, and just recently finished playing some dates with “Celtic Woman”. Bill was chosen to contribute music to the “Hannah Montana” movie after director Peter Chelsom heard him playing in McCreary’s one night!
