(FRANKLIN, Tenn.) August 3, 2015 – Just weeks after Boyle announced a Publix grocery store at Berry Farms, the master planned mixed-use community in South Franklin is now set to begin developing the Offices at Town Center in Berry Farms. The Offices at Town Center will be a unique district in Berry Farms that will include approximately 25 acres and contain Class A mid-rise office buildings totaling 250,000 square feet. The office district features state-of-the-art buildings with attractive architecture and Class A amenities in an innovative and efficient work setting. The buildings will be located along tree-lined streets in a pedestrian-friendly environment within walking distance to retail shops, restaurants, lodging and open spaces.
