With over 1.8 million square feet of retail property, Berry Farms provides a unique, high-end shopping experience for residents, office workers, and visitors.

Phase I includes 11 commercial lots with approximately 70,000 square feet of retail, which will be composed of restaurants, banks, and services to meet the needs of the community in a vibrant, unique setting.
