Phase I of Berry Farms includes Hughes Mill, a neighborhood comprised of 53 residential lots. Hughes Mill offers a broad range of opportunities, from townhomes and cottages, to village homes (traditionally designed 1 and 2 story homes), and custom homes on larger scale lots. Finished homes in Hughes Mill will be available in Fall 2012.
