A few months ago we sent out a survey on Facebook – tell us what shops, services, and restaurants you want in Berry Farms. And you delivered. You responded with a wide range of suggestions with several recurring requests. There were really no surprises (well, maybe the gun range), just the usual suspects that make a great, well-rounded community.

The most popular request was for the quintessential coffee shop. A local, relaxed retreat to sip an early morning latte or meet up with friends to share life’s moments. We love our coffee, but more importantly, we love that place where you go to enjoy and share it. Stay tuned, “that place” may be coming soon…

The next most popular request was for a gym/yoga/barre studio. Williamson Countians (yes, I just made that word up) are some of the healthiest people in Tennessee. We work hard and play hard and we understand you can’t keep up that pace without a strong body. We are proud to announce THE BARRE coming to Berry Farms. Located next to Dr. Matt at Berry Farms Chiropractic, you will soon have no excuse not to be in great shape!

Another favorite request was for a sports bar/local pub type restaurant. I know what you mean – a place where everyone knows your name. Norm! I think everyone is going to be pleasantly surprised when SoulShine Pizza opens in a few months. Unless you have visited one of their restaurants in Mississippi, you probably don’t have a true vision of what Soulshine will be in Berry outdoor diningFarms. The downtown Nashville location is great – but it’s not the locals’ hangout that started their success. The menu is not just pizza. It’s an eclectic mix of Italian, Cajun, and good ole bar staples like wings and nachos. This is where you will join your friends on a Saturday afternoon to see if UT will live up to the hype this season, or bring the family for a weeknight pizza dinner, or relax with neighbors over a glass of wine and live music. And if you’re still looking for more – we have more restaurants on the way…

We appreciate all your feedback. We love to hear your suggestions. (Sorry, no gun range in the works, yet.) Keep ‘em coming and we will work hard to find just the right additions to our growing, truly special Berry Farms District.
