The sprawling Berry Farms mixed-use development near Franklin took another step forward with the completion of the Town Center at Berry Farms apartment building. The luxury apartments started leasing in late 2021, but are now complete, with nine buildings offering studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Berry Farms is a 600-acre, mixed-use community featuring retail, residential, office and hotel space south of Franklin on I-65.

At press time, listings ran from $1,740 for an 833-square-foot unit with one bedroom and one bathroom to $3,045 for a 1,425-square-foot unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Leilani Ross, community manager for the complex, said around 230 of the 331 units at the complex are leased.

“What they’re drawn to is the walkability,” Ross said. The apartments are near the development’s retail and office spaces, where tenants from Chick-Fil-A and Publix to Ramsey Solutions and Lee Company have already moved in.

The complex also touts its luxury features, from high ceilings to amenities such as a fitness center and outdoor pool.
