After breaking ground on their 47-acre Berry Farms headquarters last July, construction is well underway at the Ramsey Solutions headquarters across Interstate 65 from the Berry Farms residential division.

The property is located at 1011 Reams Fleming Boulevard. The six-story building, designed by Nashville-based architects Gresham Smith and Partners, will be completed at a construction cost of nearly $40 million by Solomon Builders.

Beth Tallent, the senior director of public relations for Ramsey Solutions, said the project is on time and on budget. She said the financial consulting company expects to top out in June, with an estimated move-in during summer of 2019.

Ramsey Solutions was begun by radio show host, businessman and Tennessean Dave Ramsey. Ramsey’s syndicated talk show encourages people to take control of their finances, build wealth, and give back to their families and communities.

The company is one of Williamson County’s top employers, and has been frequently named one of the “Best Places to Work in Nashville.”

The new building will measure more than 223,000 square feet. It will include a coffee shop and bookstore for guests watching “The Dave Ramsey Show” live in the studio. The company currently occupies more than 150,000 square feet of office space across multiple locations in the Cool Springs area.

With 650 current team members, Ramsey Solutions plans to increase their team size to more than 1,000 by the time they move to Berry Farms.

According to building permits, the property will have over 1,000 parking spaces for employees. The campus will take up 23 acres. City records show a fee of $1,017,037 was paid for the road impact.

Most recently, site plans were submitted to the city on Feb. 2, 2018 which included detailed sketches of landscaping, sewer lines, roads and building plans.
