Construction is moving along on the new Ramsey Solutions headquarters, located in Franklin’s Berry Farms community. The project is on track for employees to move into the new building August 2019. The new building will hold 1,000 employees and will include a coffee shop and a bookstore where guests can watch “The Dave Ramsey Show” as it broadcasts to more than 600 radio stations across the country.

Ramsey plans to build a whole complex on the 47-acre site, at 4478 Pratt Lane. In total, the campus development plan includes three 200,000 square foot office buildings and one 50,000 square foot conference center. Ramsey Solutions broke ground on Phase I in late July.
